For the last 15 years Terry and I have been asked so many times "when are you guys going to organize a trip to Australia we can join?" Well you don't have to wait any longer. For those who asked and others who are interested, Terry is organizing a unique adventure for just 12 couples in November and you wouldn't want to miss it. You'll see Australia the way few visitors ever get the opportunity - with "a native" as your host!
Most group tours tend to be mainly sightseeing. Our intention for this one is for the group to experience the natural and unique qualities and personality of Australian life.
For instance we'll be staying on a 10,000 acre cattle station enjoying shrimps on the barby with the locals, horse riding and really connecting with the outback and the bush. We'll spend time with the "crocks" and other Aussie critters at Steve Irwin's "Australia Zoo" (crikey that's on my birthday!). We'll experience a beautiful 4-mile beach just 200 meters from our luxury hotel at Port Douglas from where we'll cruise the Great Barrier Reef and spend a day together snorkeling and diving with exotic sea life and seeing the incredible corral in crystal clear waters. We'll enjoy a tropical lunch together while on safari in the Daintree Wilderness and a visit to the Mossman Gorge at Cape Tribulation. Then on to Terry's home town - Sydney with a harbor cruise; a tour of the Sydney Opera House; the famous "coat hanger" and so much more.
Before returning, we'll take the opportunity of claiming the moment at a round table when we share and deepen the experience of our adventure together. A real "Aussie" party will follow when you'll meet and connect with some of Terry's old "mates."
