After serving 3 years as a program leader with a well known international personal growth education corporation, Donna was introduced to Debbie's work and found it resonated with her. From reading Debbie's books and participating in "The Shadow Process Workshop," she found the fundamentals she learned would not only impact her own personal growth further but would enable her to help impact the lives of others.
Having worked up through the ranks at Debbie Ford's Institute she became an Executive of the organization and is the only person other than Debbie Ford herself to present the unique and powerful "Shadow Process Workshop" and the Institute's Master Integrative Coaches Training Program.
When the Institute and JFK University joined forces to provide professional life coaching training in the "integrative" method developed by Debbie Ford, Donna was appointed to lead "Evolution Into Mastery" and other life training programs as a core professor. These programs, which redefine the profession of life coaching, provide comprehensive training in the "integrative" method enabling JFK University students to acquire the knowledge and skills to become "leading edge" integrative life coaches while earning their bachelors' degrees.
Donna comes to life coaching and seminar leading after 15 years in business management, so she knows not only how to formulate a plan but how to create results. The personal training she received from Debbie Ford has made her extremely adept at assisting her clients create a unique personalized blueprint for their lives allowing them to make sustainable inner and outer changes and achieve goals well beyond their perceived potential. In a series of 45 minute coaching sessions, clients identify and remove obstacles to their personal growth and create clear action steps that move them powerfully forward towards an inspiring future.
Believing it is imperative to take risks and seek advantages from every moment and opportunity, Donna has also pursued a singing career. Notably she has had the pleasure of singing with the late John Denver, Kenny Loggins, Peter Yarrow and others and is presently developing her second CD. Donna's main passion, however, has been for pursuing personal peace through making conscious choices. To this end she co-founded the New York chapter of the Windstar Foundation a not-for-profit environmental and educational foundation co-founded by the late John Denver.
In 1989, Donna began a spiritual journey which took her around the world. It was during that time she met and married Australian entrepreneur, Terry Lipman. Together they moved to Aspen, Colorado where, among a number of initiatives, they directed Earth Voices, a not-for-profit organization established by the City of Aspen in collaboration with the United Nations Environmental Program to produce a year long celebration of the World's indigenous peoples.
